What is a MediSpa?

Most MediSpas provide non–surgical esthetic treatments performed by medical professionals such as physician's assistants, nurses, medical estheticians, etc. Many of the treatments provided at a MediSpa require physician supervision and are not available at traditional day spas. This allows MediSpas to perform more aggressive, more effective, and more thorough treatments.

How does Advanced Laser Clinic differ from the competition?

Advanced Laser Clinic opened for business in March of 2003 and was one of the first full-service MediSpas in the St. Louis area. Advanced Laser Clinic has the most advanced equipment, including sixteen state–of–the–art lasers, and a well–trained, experienced staff. We begin each individualized treatment program with a complimentary one–hour skin analysis and consultation. During this session, we utilize high resolution digital photography and UV photography to analyze your skin. Using the results of your skin analysis, we will educate you on how best to improve your skin and to maintain those improvements. Advanced Laser Clinic focuses on setting realistic expectations with regard to the outcome of each treatment, and we will never attempt to sell you any service or product that will not benefit you. We pledge to provide a level of service not only superior to our competition, but one that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Who will be performing my procedure?

All of our services are performed by highly skilled and trained personnel. We employee licensed estheticians, registered nurses, license practical nurses and a physician. Please refer to the Directors & Staff page of our website for more information.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Although we make every effort to assist walk–in clients, it is highly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance to ensure that we can meet your requests for a preferred date, time and clinician. All appointments must be made by calling the clinic during business hours: 314–994–1536. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your first appointment with us to fill out new client forms.

We will make a courtesy call to you at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment as a reminder, but we do ask that you assume responsibility for remembering your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please contact the clinic as soon as possible to let us know. We do request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations and you may be charged a cancellation fee if you are unable to provide proper notice.

What is your policy on children?

Minors are always welcome for treatment when accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed consent form. Childcare services are not provided on site and, out of respect for all our guests, we ask that children do not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.

Do you accept gratuities?

Although gratuities are not customary for clinical treatments, they are appreciated for our spa services such as facials and waxing. Gratuities may be given at our discretion in appreciation to our staff for providing outstanding services.

Do you offer gift cards?

Give the gift of beauty to that someone special! Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination over the phone or at the clinic. All gift card purchases are non–refundable.

What is the Referral Rewards Program?

We truly value your business and understand that the highest compliment you can pay us is the referral of your family and friends. When referring someone to our clinic, simply complete our referral form and, when the referred client presents this certificate to us, both the referring client and referred client will receive $50 credit towards any of our services excluding facials, waxing, and massages. This program is our way of thanking clients for their continued trust and confidence and to recognize the vital role they play in helping our business continue to grow.
